Born and raised in Barcelona, my culinary roots are grounded in Mediterranean tradition, seasonal ingredients, and the simple joy of sharing food. Over nine years ago, I made Australia home, where my style evolved through diverse kitchens, cultures, and landscapes. Today, I’m based in Byron Bay, drawing inspiration from its abundance of local produce and relaxed, soulful way of life.
For the past eight and a half years, I’ve worked as a chef on yachts around the world. This experience has allowed me to cook across continents, adapt to a wide range of preferences, and deepen my knowledge of an extensive variety of cuisines—while maintaining the precision, discretion, and high standards that private dining demands.
As a private chef, I create bespoke dining experiences tailored entirely to each client. Every menu is designed around your tastes, the occasion, and the setting—whether it’s an intimate dinner, a long table celebration, or a multi-day retreat. My approach is personal, thoughtful, and detail-driven, with an emphasis on flavor, balance, and effortless hospitality.
Available throughout Byron Bay and beyond, I also travel worldwide for private events. Wherever the table is set, my goal is the same: to craft meaningful, memorable meals that feel both refined and deeply personal.
